Michael John Rogers (born May 18, 1964) is a Canadian television actor and film actor. Rogers is known for the role as the shady-police Detective Givens (opposite Dean Winters and William S. Taylor) in Rick Bota's straight-to-DVD/VHS crime-thriller Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002)(V). Recently, Rogers starred as Barry Nyle in the film Beyond the Black Rainbow (2011), and also as Quan Chi, in the Mortal Kombat Legacy series (2011).
